Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes: Very intense garnet colored wine, with citrus and floral nuances. Vibrant and structured on the palate, due to its freshness and richness in tannins, which make it long and harmonious.
Vinification: 100% manual harvest to 15kg boxes. Completely destemmed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C for 48h. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24°C.
