Monte da Raposinha Branco 2022

Elegant, fresh and fruity wine, it's kept unoaked to show all the grape varieties characteristics.

Terroir: CERTIFIED ORGANIC VINEYARD. At 500m distance, the dam of Montargil as a great influence in the microclimate, increasing humidity and lowering the temperatures.

Grape Varieties: ANTÃO VAZ (50%), SAUVIGNON BLANC (40%), ARINTO (10%).

Tasting Note: An elegant and seductive tropical fruit and citrus aroma. Good mouthfeel with great acidity.

Winemaking: The clusters were hand-harvested and carefully sorted at the winery. All grapes were destemmed and slightly pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Aging took place in stainless steel vats with fine lees.

Food Pairing: By the glass, appetizers, seafood and grilled fish, vegan dishes, salads, pizzas and pastas.
