Grape Varieties: Baga and Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes: Provided by from Baga and Touriga Nacional with minimal intervention of viticulture, created an elegant wine with balance acidity involving ripe fruit. Kompassus terroir's wines expression.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature followed by pre-fermentation skin maceration. Touriga Nacional aged in 700L used French oak barrels.
