Tasting Notes: Citrus color with greenish tones. Fresh, fruity wine with Atlantic minerality characteristic of the region. It is balanced, harmonious and very elegant.
Winemaking: Maria Gomes, Bical and Cercial harvested in the 1st week of September and Arinto in the 1st week of October. Pre-fermentative skin maceration followed by gentle pressing. Temperature controlled fermentation followed by a stage in stainless steel.
