JOÃO CLARA BRANCO 2021

Grape Varieties: Arinto, Alvarinho, Verdelho, Moscatel.

Tasting Note: Pale colored wine, where the aroma of fresh fruit predominates with notes of flowers. In the mouth it is very fruity and elegant. It finishes with a good texture and aroma.

Winemaking: Very careful manual harvest with selection in the cellar. Direct press whole bunch. Vinified in stainless steel vats without contact with the pasta at a controlled temperature of 12-14ºC.

Gastronomy: It goes well with salads, grilled fish, white meats.
