Tasting Notes: Garnet color loaded. Intense, complex, fruity aroma, an excellent combination of natural aromas characteristic of the Castelão variety. Fresh, deep flavor and with great volume in the mouth. Long and aromatic aftertaste.
Gastronomy: Served at a temperature between 14ºC and 18ºC, it goes well with meat and cheese dishes.
Vinification: Fermented in a stone mill with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels.
Ageing: One year in French oak barrels and then one year in bottles.
Expected Longevity: If kept in good condition, it has great possibilities for improvement for a few more years.
