In 1992, the Terras do Sado appellation of origin is finally created, which gives the possibility to certify the quality of the wines of the Setúbal District, and once again Casa Agrícola Horácio Simões knew how to fit in the region and create its own characteristics, creating its regional wines.

Tasting Notes: Straw Color. Intense, fine, fruity aroma, marked by the variety. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and soft. Medium aftertaste.

Gastronomy: Served at 8 / 10ºC. Goes well with fish dishes.

Vinification: Fermented in an open spout system, controlling the fermentation temperature for 10 days. The masses are pressed and this press wine is separated.

Expected Longevity: It is a wine produced with no intention of being kept, enjoy it in your year of production.
