Grape Varieties: 45% Tinta Grossa, 45% Tinta Caiada and 10% Touriga Franca.
Tasting Note: Ruby colored, its aroma shows hints of red berries and a dash of spiced tastiness. Rounded on the palate, it features signature tannins. Provides a fresh and quite elegant finish.
Gastronomy: Ideal for traditional Portuguese meals. Recommended serving temperature: 16 to 18ºC.
Winemaking: Manual harvest followed by sorting table. Submitted to cold shock with an exchanger for grape seed and skin. Controlled-temperature fermentation occurred in small, stainless steel wine presses. Aged for 10 months in clay amphorae.
