From the beginning, from the vine to the bottle, the philosophy is to create a wine that respects the expression of the berry without makeup, without artifice. Keeping ancestral winemaking techniques with minimal intervention. Our red wine comes from old vines from various areas mentioned on the map. The viticulture work is manual, respecting traditional techniques of the region, maintaining the natural vegetation without the use of herbicides.

Grape varieties: Baga

Winemaking: With a small percentage of whole grapes (around 10%), the berry's winemaking is done in an oak press inspired by Roman times. It rests for 18 months in barrels of 500 liters of fine-grained French oak, 80% used and 20% new. All bottles are sealed manually with natural wax in order to guarantee a good aging in the cellar.
