Filipa Pato Nossa Calcário Branco 2023

Nossa branco is the result of a project for two, between Filipa Pato and her husband, due to the desire to produce a wine that expresses all the potential of the unique terroir of Óis do Bairro. This village has been recognized since the 19th century for its high capacity to create white wines.

Grapes: Bical. 25 year old vines.

Gastronomy: It should be served not too cold, decanted into elegant glasses. It goes well with cheeses, fish dishes and salads.

Vinification: Ferments in 500l barrels with temperature control below 18ºC. Batonage twice a month until February, bottled in May.
