Grape Varieties: Arinto, Chardonnay and Maria Gomes.
Tasting Notes: A sparkling wine with a fine and persistent bubble, with citrus notes and nuances of dried fruit. Crunchy mousse, balanced acidity, long and enveloping finish.
Vinification: Grapes de-stemmed with skin maceration, pressing and fermentation. Run in March 2016 according to the classic Champagne method. Aging for 18 months in bottle on fine lees.
