Sometimes to innovate is simply to go back in time. This wine is as smooth and fresh as the morning breeze in our vineyards. Simple and truthful, light and relaxed. It translates our terroir directly, with minimal intervention.
Grape Varieties: Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional of vineyards aged 50 years.
Winemaking: Grapes hand-picked and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes, then placed in stainless steel vats with a whole bunch, where they are fermented with native yeasts and minimal intervention.
Ageing: 18 months in stainless steel vats.
Winemaker: Rita Marques, Manuel Sapage.
