Grape varieties: 100% Arinto. Vineyards aged 27.

Tasting Notes: Very fine and elegant aroma with citrus and mineral notes. In the mouth it reveals excellent acidity, good texture and very long finish. Great aging potential.

Vinification: Fermentation took place for 16 days, at low temperatures, in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine aged in the same barrels in contact with the fine lees, for 9 months, with “batonnage”.
