Tasting Note: Citrine in color, Carqueijal Branco is a Douro wine with a fresh and fruity aroma, citrus and mineral notes and good acidity. In the mouth, it confirms its good acidity, refreshing and fruity.
Winemaking: Slight cold skin contact, pressing and partial exhaustion. Fermentation at 15/16ºC.
Ageing: 3 months in stainless steel vats and 1 month in bottle.
Pairing: Various entrees, white meat, poultry and seafood.
Ageing Ability: 2 to 3 years after bottling.
