A white wine making malolactic fermentation in bottle. The result is a fresh and light wine with a fine bubble.
Grape Varieties: 30% Arinto, 70% Azal from 6 year old vineyardS.
Tasting Note: Expressive and vibrant aroma. Citrus fruit notes with wet stone nuances. Slightly full-bodied, very fresh, with "needle" and high acidity.
Vinification: Bottled after 10 days of fermentation where malolactic fermentation took place. Unfiltered wine. No addition of sulphites and carbonic (fine bubble resulting from malolactic fermentation in bottle) and with very low sugar (only the resulting from fermentation) and with the grapes picked very early.
Gastronomy : Gently shake the bottle before serving. Serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
