Grape Varieties: Maria Gomes (50%), Bical (35%) and Chardonnay (15%).

Tasting Notes: Pale citrine yellow colour. Intense aroma of tropical fruits, citrus peel and flower, with mineral nuances. In flavor, it is distinguished by its freshness, balance, volume and excellent aroma in the mouth.

Vinification: The grapes harvested at the ideal ripening time were gently pressed in a pneumatic press and the must fermented in a stainless steel tank at 16ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, battonage was carried out for 3 months.

Ageing Potential: 3/4 Years

Recommended dishes: Fish, seafood, lean meats and Asian food. Should be served at 9/11ºC.
