Grape Varieties: Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes: Floral notes flavour, red fruit and some vegetables soft sensations. Palate is very delicate, soft tannins and long finish.
Winemaking: Manual harvest in 25kg cases; alcoholic fermentation during 15-20 days in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Ageing: In barrels, stainless steel vats and bottle.
Pairing: Poultry and grilled meat.
