Terroir: Calcareous clay soils, rich and with a great capacity for exchange with plants. Mediterranean climate with Atlantic influence, great temperature range, maximum sun exposure with vines facing south, planted on a slope that provides excellent drainage of the land and thus contributes to the balance of the vines with reflection on low yields, concentrated grapes and acidity potential that produces fresh and long-lasting wines.

Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional

Tasting Notes: Garnet violet colored wine, closed and intense. Intense nose with hints of violet. Good freshness with polished tannins and great complexity.

Vinification: Grapes harvested manually at a stage where the balance of maturation and acidity is enhanced. Bunches selected and transported in individual boxes to closed stainless steel vats for cold maceration for a few days, fermentation is long and at the right temperature.
