Tasting Note: Very light garnet color. Intense aroma, complex, fruity, an excellent combination of natural aromas with some rusticity. Fresh, deep flavour with a high volume of mouth. Long, elegant finish and aromatic finish.
Gastronomy: Served at a temperature of 14º/18ºC. Goes well with meat and cheese dishes.
Winemaking: Fermented in a wine press with control of temperature and traditional foot treading. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrel.
Ageing: 3 months in French Oak half barrels. 100% 2nd and 3rd use barrels.
Expected Longevity: If kept in good condition, it has great possibilities for improvement for a few more years (over 10 years).
