CV Branco 2015

All our white wines are fermented and carefully aged in French oak barriques for 9 months, keeping all different fermentations from each individual parcel in which we have divided our vineyards, completely separated until the final blending takes place. We always look for different particularities of each lot, their uniqueness and the way they complement one and another.

In our lives there are moments and wines that mark our Winemaking lives which in turn make up ours curriculums. This wine was of them. We called it CV - Curriculum Vitae.
