Tasting Note: Rosé in color, Carqueijal Rosé is a Douro wine with an intense, fruity, vinous aroma. In the mouth, it is smooth and delicate with a persistent finish.
Winemaking: Slight cold skin contact, pressing and partial exhaustion. Fermentation at 15/16ºC.
Ageing: 3 months in stainless steel vats and 1 month in bottle.
airing: Appetizers, white meats, sushi and codfish courses.
Ageing Ability: 2 to 3 years after bottling.
