Tasting Note: The magnitude of the Encruzado, Malvasia Fina and Gouveio grape varieties reveals itself well in this wine. It presents a bright citrus color with light straw tones. The aroma is very delicate and elegant with distinct harmony. Demonstrates notes of orange blossom combined with nuances of white pulp fruits with soft lime and a delicate floral. In the mouth it expresses well-structured balance, smoothness combined with good maturity. Reveals firm acidity, well-defined body with high subtlety. It demonstrates longevity, elegance and fresh minerality associated with a marked and long mouth volume.
Soil: Granite.
Winemaking: Mode integrated production. Manual harvest with selection of the best grapes. Light filtration.
