Vale da Raposa Reserva Branco 2022

Grape Varieties: 45% Rabigato, 35% Malvasia Fina, 20% Viosinho.

Tasting Note: Bright and citric. Very fine and expressive bouquet, with hints of grapefruit, lime, grass and a very fine toast. Great minerality, complexity and purity of fruit.

Winemaking: Total destemming. Smooth pressing and decanting. Fermentation at 16ºC for 15 days.

Ageing: 50% in 2nd year French oak barrels for 6 months and 50% in stainless steel vats over the fine lees, both with “battonage”.

Ageing Ability: 10-12 years
