Tasting Note: Very elegant in the mouth and very fresh. Good acidity. Balanced sweetness. Jam aromas.
Winemaking: Manual harvest in 25kg cases. Drying for 4 months for dehydration. Manual pressing.
Ageing: In stainless steel vats and bottle.
Pairing: All desserts except chocolate.
