QUINTA DE LA ROSA BRANCO 2021

Grape Varieties: Old Vineyards: Códega do Larinho (30%), Rabigato (20%), Viosinho (45%) and Gouveio (5%).

Tasting Note: Quinta de la Rosa seeks to make harmonious, elegant wines that express the vineyard and the terroir. A white wine with freshness and complexity with citrus and floral aromas. In the mouth it is intense, full of flavours but without excesses forming a very beautiful and balanced set. Long and fresh at the end.

Winemaking: The wine fermented in small stainless steel vats. It aged in used French oak barrels for 6 months.

Acceptable Storage Time: 2 to 3 Years.

Pairing: Elegant as an aperitif, with enough complexity to accompany a starter, fish dishes or a good salad. Ideal for Summer Picnics.
