QUINTA DA PELLADA TINTO 2016

Grape varieties: 100% Old Vineyards Field Blend. 48 different varieties were identified. Vineyards aged 71.

Soil: Granitic with lines of clay and sand.

Winemaking: The grapes were vinified respecting all the its nature. Spontaneous fermentation, obviously with indigenous yeasts, it took place in a stainless steel mill. This was followed by a 24-month stage in three oak casks, 400L, for second / third use. Direct gravity bottling.
