Poeira Desalinhados Riesling 2015

Quinta do Poeira is located in Provesende, along a slope in the Pinhão River valley. Its exposure to the North is a fundamental aspect for the style of wines that one seeks to make. Fresh, elegant and reflecting the personality of its original vineyard each year. Sometimes we need to take a chance and get out of line. When this happens at Poeira, irreverent and original wines are born. In search of new balance we harvested these grapes very early and with great acidity. 5 years later we have a generous, engaging wine that fills us with pleasure.

Grape Varieties: Riesling

Winemaking: Manual harvest for 20kg boxes. Fermentation in stone lagares. 24 months in stainless steel, 36 months in bottle. Bottling in January 2018.
