Pó de Poeira Tinto 2020

Quinta do Poeira is located in Provesende, along a slope in the Pinhão River valley. Its exposure to the North is a fundamental aspect for the style of wines that one seeks to make. Fresh, elegant and reflecting the personality of its original vineyard each year. Pó de Poeira is the second stage in our adventure in the Douro that began in 2001 with the purchase of the Quinta and the preparation of the first Poeira.

Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Sousão, Tinta Francisca and Vinha Velha with mixture.

Winemaking: Manual harvest for 20kg boxes. Fermentation in stone lagares. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aging for 14 months in French oak barrels. Bottling in March 2020.
