Grape Varieties: Field Blend with the traditional Douro grape varieties.
Tasting Note: Very concentrated in color. Extremely complex aroma with fresh notes of wild berries and spices. In the mouth it is rich and balanced. Firm but silky tannins. It has a structure that allows it to be stored for several years in the bottle. Long and tasty finish.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and trodden by foot in granite presses at a controlled temperature for 10 days. Over the next 18 months, malolactic fermentation and ageing of the wine take place in French oak barrels.
