Passadouro Branco 2020

Grape Varieties: 40% Rabigato, 35% Códega do Larinho, 25% Viosinho.

Tasting Note: This wine has a very mineral and fresh nose with excellent expression of floral notes and white pulp fruit. Very elegant in the mouth, with balance and body. Vibrant freshness given by the good acidity that follows a long aftertaste.

Vinification: 50% of the wine was fermented in stainless steel vats and 50% of the wine was fermented in used French oak barrels for a period of 24 days. With no Malolactic fermentation. 100% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels, 25% of which are new, with batonnage once a week for 3 months.
