PAPE TINTO 2015

Grape varieties: 50% Passiga-Outeiro Touriga Nacional and 50% of the Pellada vineyard blend. Vineyards aged 20 to 60 years.

Tasting Note: Intense ruby color, very concentrated in the aroma, modern and vigorous style. In the mouth, notes of jam and game in which the final roasted notes leave a pleasant memory. Fine and good quality tannins, all very well proportioned, giving it great complexity.

Soil: Granite with lines of clay and sand.

Winemaking: After careful selection, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, fermentation took place in
stainless steel press, with controlled temperature (28º to 31º C). Cuvaison for 12 days followed by a 14 month aging in allier oak casks.
