Grape Varieties: 100% Syrah. Vineyards aged 26.
Tasting Notes: Intense color, with violet hues. Extremely rich aroma, with predominant notes of ripe fruit as well integrated with typical Syrah spices. In the mouth, it presents a great complexity with notes of plum and blackberries, ripe tannin and freshness at the end of the mouth.
Winemaking: The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures for 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in mills, with temperature control, not exceeding 26ºC, for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation and aging took place for 18 months in French oak barrels for second and third use.
