Profile: Young wine, with good intensity and aromatic complexity. Sweet, medium bodied and with soft tannins.
Grape Varieties: Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Touriga Nacional. Vineyards between 10 and 20 years old.
Tasting Note: Ruby color with good intensity. Young, intense aroma reminiscent of ripe red fruits. On the palate it is dry. Balanced acidity. Good mouth aroma. Very soft tannins that give it a silky finish.
Winemaking: Hand harvesting. Manual selection of curls. Destemming followed by crushing. Co-fermentation of grape varieties in stainless steel vats with moderate temperature control and manual pumping over.
Ageing: In stainless steel vat until the end of December 2017. Ideal consumption date: 2019 - 2025
