Profile: Complex and enveloping aroma with subtle notes of spices. Creamy white, balanced acidity and long finish.
Grape Varieties: Old vines where Gouveio, Viosinho and Rabigato predominate. Vines over 50 years old.
Tasting Note: Straw color with good intensity. Aroma: Complex and intense reminiscent of stone fruits, flowers and spices. On the palate it is dry. Creamy attack, balanced acidity, good structure and very final long.
Winemaking: Hand harvesting. Manual selection of curls. Stalk. Pre-fermentative maceration followed by pressing. Static clarification. Fermentation in French oak barrels.
Ageing: On fine lees with battonage in barrels for 15 months.
