Profile: Young wine, with good intensity and aromatic complexity. Dry, medium bodied and with a very balanced acidity.
Grape Varieties: 100% Touriga Nacional from 15 year old vines.
Tasting Notes: Bright salmon color. Young aroma, good intensity reminiscent of ripe red fruits. On the palate it is dry, light, balanced acidity and excellent mouth aroma. Refreshing finish.
Winemaking: Hand harvesting. Manual selection of curls. Destemming followed by skin maceration. Pressing. Static clarification. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Ageing: On fine lees with battonage in stainless steel until the end of December.
Ideal consumption date: 2020 - 2022
