Profile: Young wine, with good intensity and aromatic complexity. Dry, balanced and refreshing acidity.
Grape Varieties: Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato, Verdelho and Moscatel Galego Branco. Vineyards between 15 and 25 years old.
Tasting Note: Citrus color with good intensity. Young, intense aroma with good complexity reminiscent of tropical fruits, flowers and nuances of citrus fruits. On the palate it is dry, balanced acidity, good mouth aroma and refreshing finish.
Winemaking: Hand harvesting. Manual selection of curls. Destemming followed by pressing. Static clarification. Co-fermentation of the varieties in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Ageing: On fine lees with battonage in stainless steel vats until the end of January 2019.
Ideal consumption date: 2020 - 2024
