Horácio Simões Tradição Branco 2021

The respect for the terroir, for the vineyard, for the traditions of generations. With a healthy dose of madness we created this wine. Coming from a century-old vineyard, one of the oldest in the region, a blend of grape varieties was selected that have stood out year after year, giving rise to this elegant and complex wine.

Grape Varieties: Blend of grape varieties from a centenary vineyard.

Tasting Note: Greenish yellow color. Intense, mineral, fruity aroma, an excellent combination of natural aromas characteristic of the variety. On the palate it is fresh, intense and with great volume in the mouth. Light and fresh aftertaste.

Gastronomy: Served at a temperature of 10ºC /14ºC. It goes well with cheeses as well as practically all types of fish and salads.

Vinification: Fermented in barrels with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in French oak barrels, with vigorous battonage for 6 months.

Ageing: In half used French oak barrels and later in bottle.

Expected longevity: If kept in good condition, it has a good chance of improving for a few more years.
