Grape Varieties: 50% Alicante Bouschet, 50% Sousão.
Tasting Note: Concentrated garnet color. Aromas of wild berries, homemade jams, light toast. In the mouth it is round and polished, with tasty latent tannin, denoting youth. With a traditional profile, it ends long and elegant. Great aging potential.
Gastronomy: Perfect for the typical Alentejo lamb, other roasts in the oven or spicy grilled meats. Recommended consumption temperature 16ºC to 18ºC.
Vinification: Manual harvest with selection on a table of choice. Total destemming with passage through a mass exchanger. Fermentation is carried out in small vats with controlled temperature. After fermentation, it aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
