Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet
Tasting Notes: Intense violet colour, clean appearance. Wild fruit and chocolate aroma. On the palate it is intense with complexity and elegance, with a long and harmonious aftertaste.
Winemaking: Manually harvested by the box during the cooler hours of the day. De-stemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in presses and stainless steel vats at controlled temperature (21-24ºC).
Ageing: Aging in French oak for 12 months. After bottling, there were 6 months in bottle ageing.
Gastronomy: Accompanies with grilled or roasted meat dishes, game, pates and cured cheeses. It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
