Tasting Note: The fruit is pure and direct - very juicy cherry and plum notes, persistent and provocative flavor.

Gastronomy: Should be served at 12-14 degrees in elegant glasses. To enjoy solo as “vin de plaisir” or with grilled fish, shrimp, lobster or quality white meats accompanied with salad of crispy fresh vegetables that accentuate the purity of the wine. You can also accompany soft cheeses (Serra da Estrela, Azeitão, Brie, Camembert,…).

Vinification: Fermented and aged in buried amphoras, containers made in clay - just like the soil of the region. Clay is a material with great porosity that allows a good micro-oxygenation originating delicate tannins.
