Produced with a blend of white indigenous Douro grapes.
Grape varieties: 20% Malvasia Fina, 20% Códega, 30% Rabigato, 20% Viosinho, 10% Moscatel. Vineyards aged 10-20 years.
Tasting Note: Light golden straw color. Fruity with tropical notes. Fresh, with balanced acidity and persistent.
Gastronomy: Enjoy with an array of appetizers, mild cheeses, fowl, fish and seafood. Best served at 14°C/57°F.
Winemaking: Grapes selection in the field and harvested manually. Temperature controlled fermentation. Ageing in stainless steel vats until bottling date.
