Grape Varieties: Touriga Franca 40%, Touriga Nacional 60%. Touriga Nacional of granitic soils, from 15 year old vineyards at Quinta do Menir (600m). Touriga Franca of schist soils of vineyards with 40 years of Quinta do Cabido.
Winemaking: Smooth pressing in a pneumatic press. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18ºC.
Ageing: Stainless steel vat.
