Às Claras Tinto 2018

In Alcantarilha, right in the center of the Algarve, made from the varieties Negramole and Touriga Nacional, we have the À Claras Red 2017.

Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Negra Mole.

Tasting Note: Shows a violet ruby colour, with a freshness aroma, where the red fresh fruits stand out. In the mouth is elegant, smooth with a fresh fruity finish.<

Gastronomy: Matches red and white meat dishes and regional cheeses.

Winemaking: All grapes are hand-picked into 18kg cases. Inox tank fermentation with controled temperature at 28ªC.
