Grape Varieties: Malvasia Fina, Códega, Rabigato, Moscatel and Viosinho.

Tasting Notes: Golden yellow color. Young, floral aroma, notes of apricot in syrup and orange peel. Velvety palate, with balanced acidity. Bulky finish with notes of honey.

Vinification: Stainless steel vats with automatic reassembly. De-stemmed grapes, half-tanned, 1 day of fermentation with the pasta, 1 day of fermentation in an open spout with processing at 8th Baumé.

Ageing: 100% Oxidative for 3 years in oak barrels.

Gastronomy: As an aperitif, as a starter or on any occasion.

Serving Temperature: Serve very chilled and with ice.

Expected Longevity: Does not age in bottle. The wine, once opened, will keep its qualities for a few weeks as long as it is kept in the fridge.
